Michigan lemon law??

I am thinking about looking into using the lemon law on my 07 ford focus w/ 8,000 miles. Its been in the shop over 4 times now for noises and had the axle shaft replaced twice and the bearing in the axle shaft replaced. and still never fixed the bearing noise problem. I took it into another ford dealer today since the other one couldnt seem to get it right. Their saying it needs a new transmission and this is unacceptable at 8k miles. How do I go about filing a claim for a lemon law?? I want nothing more to do with this vehicle it has nothing but issues.

Well I would start at the “Bureau of Automotive Repair” BAR, and work from there.
