i recently purchased a vehicle (one month ago). i have bad credit so i decided this was a good way to help fix the problem. i ended up getting a 2003 ford wind star mini van. now one month into it i need new brakes and new plugs and wires. im a truck driver so i know how to properly use brakes. i think the dealership which a small ma and pa place, is jerking me around, my van came with a warranty but there arguing saying there is no warranty and refuse to fix these problems. also when i got the van a promissory note was drawn up stating that the dealership will pay for my windshield to be replaced, my drivers side window to be fixed so it can go up and down, my drivers side sliding back door to be fixed, the horn to be fixed. also they sold me a car with bad tires. are there any lemon laws in the state of Tennessee protecting me, what steps can i take to prevent from being taken Advantage of any more then i have been?

I know that GA has a “Lemon law”- from what I gather, it only applies to NEW car purchases. Are there no protections at all for people who buy used automobiles in Georgia? The wife and I are in the market right now, and I have been screwed majorly by people before. I have bought cars before, and the sellers would sometimes just lie straight to my face. I do not trust people anymore.
If buying from a dealership specifically, are there any laws to protect consumers in GA who buy used cars?

Question by AA2: How to find puppy Laws in WA State/or “Unfit for Sale” Laws?
I am looking for information on how to find out what the puppy lemon laws are in WA State and or laws stateing information on what “Unfit for Sale” laws are for breeders.
P.s. I have used google and other resources and cannot seem to find what I am looking for. This was the last place for me to try. Other wise I have no idea where to begin correctly.
