Hi, My Land Rover LR3 brand new 2006 purchased 04/01/06 since then I have “Check Engine” light on for no reason. no gas lid open or anything I did. I took to the dealer and they fixed with reprogram computer and such. Finally 3 days ago 8 different light on at indicator and automatic shift doesn’t change so I had to drove 10-20 miles on 45 miles street(which is mean people driving 50-55mil) The day purchased this car has already “Check engine” light on, but they said it’s sometimes happen so bring back other day to fix. Now I realized I should returned on the day I purchased. Now seems Lamon Law is applicable for my case, but dealer said “Check Engine” light on means could lot of different reason so it is not same reason they fixed 3 times. Now 8 lights including “Check Engine” on and they mentioned that Lemon isn’t suit for my case. Is that really not suit for Lemon case for “Check Engine” light came on more than3? I think they fail to fix it in the past so it was huge fix happened.
my car is in shop since Oct 4th, Send email to Land Rover head office. After 3 emailed they called today but no mentioned replaced car. They said wait till next Tuesday but I don’t trust my car anymore and I’m not happy with dealership that protect themselves than listening customers opinion. We have little argue(they said no suit for Lemon, I said I need leagal advice) to get service history yesterday so I don’t want go back there anymore. If the dealership isn’t good customer service, why the people want to use them.
In three months we have put on one set of brakes and three sets of tires. there is a piece broken off of the part that holds the brakes and caliper on which is causing extreem friction and heat.

I FILED LEMON LAW AND THE SAID THAT MINOR THINGS I STILL HAVE TO HAVE FIXED . I DID SO TO HAVE THE DEALERSHIP DAMAGE THE INTERIOR DASH AND OTHER AREAS OF MY VEHICLE. EXAMPLE FIXING A CONTROL UNDER DRIVER SET THE SLICED (CUT) THE BACK DOOR PANEL AT THE BOTTOM LOOKS LIKE AN OPEN KNIFE CUT. DURING FIXING A SENSOR ON THE DASH THEY GLUED IT IN AND KNOW IT IS DISCOLORED AND LOOKS GLUED. IN REPLACING A VENT THE SCRATCHED THE ORIGINAL COLOR OFF DASH COVERING IT WITH TOUCH UP PAINT . I HAVE GONE TO THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP TO BE TOLD I COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING THAT GOES WRONG WITH THE VECHILCE ( YES I DO IT IS BRAND NEW) I PAID ALOT OF MONEY TO HAVE A GMC (GIVE ME CRAP) I QUESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? HELP
There was a manufactors defect on the sunroof of my brand new car. The defect caused the car to flood on two seperate occasions.After the first repair attempt failed the second repair attempt has taken well over thirty days and i sent them a final repair attempt letter 10 days ago.i live in the state of Arkansas.My main question is i gave them 30 days to repair they never returned the car to me . so they cant “schedule the final repair attempt”because the car is already there.so did there 10 days start on the day they recieved the letter?Anybody who is a lemon law expert please contact me!!
